to anyone who has comcast digital?

i was wondering after a comcast tech leaves your house when you have digital cable does he/she run the VOD( video on demand) promo. It is a 7 minute video on the On Demand cost like a dollar. if so please tell me the state you live in ( if you are not comfortable then west coast/ mid west /east coast will do.. thank you

I got mine a while ago (I live in Washington) and the guy offered to run it for me but, as I remember, it didn’t cost anything. In fact, if I want to, I can run it right now. It’s in the on demand area.
